Terms & Conditions

Accommodation prices include VAT and tourist tax
The cost of drinks, activities and additional food and services is not included
Arrival after 14:00; Departure before 10:00
Deposit payment secures the booking and is non-refundable
Full payment, less any deposit, must be paid either before, during or at the end of the stay
No refunds will be made by Hotel Edelweiss to a guest for unused accommodation and meals
In case of cancellation by a guest, the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is within one calendar month of arrival, 30% of the accommodation charge is due. If cancellation is within one week of arrival, 70% of the accommodation charge is due. If the cancellation is on the day of arrival, 100% of the accommodation charge is due
In the unlikely event of Hotel Edelweiss making a major alteration to or cancelling a booking, Hotel Edelweiss shall offer to help relocate the client to local accommodation of at least comparable standard and issue a full deposit refund
Animals and pets are not allowed
Guests agree to allow Hotel Edelweiss to keep their names, home address and email addresses on file for the use of Hotel Edelweiss only. Hotel Edelweiss agrees to use this information only for necessary administrative purposes and also for the purpose of contacting the guests occasionally with information and special offers about the hotel. Guests may opt out of receiving this marketing information at any time. Hotel Edelweiss promises not to share any personal data with a third party.
